Service
OmniAI provides AI-assisted, previewed Shopify product, SEO, price, media, and app-owned theme block configuration workflows. Shopify writes require explicit merchant confirmation. Theme content is delivered through OmniAI's Theme App Extension; OmniAI does not modify merchant Liquid files directly.
Merchant responsibility and AI limitations
You must review previews, confirm targets and prices, maintain backups where appropriate, and ensure store content complies with law and third-party rights. AI output can be inaccurate or unsuitable. You remain responsible for every confirmed change and business decision.
Billing
Paid subscriptions use Shopify Billing and require Shopify approval. Plan replacements, trials, charges, cancellations, and refunds are governed by the approval shown in Shopify and applicable law. Uninstalling ends app access but does not replace any cancellation steps Shopify requires.
Ownership and acceptable use
You retain rights in your store data and are responsible for having rights to submitted content. During pre-launch, OmniAI's final legal operator details are not yet finalized unless this page shows finalized legal details. Do not misuse the service, bypass safeguards, upload unlawful content, or attempt unauthorized access.
Availability, termination, and liability
We may suspend unsafe or abusive use and may change or discontinue features. The service depends on Shopify and other processors and is provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free operation. Liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
Shopify relationship
OmniAI is solely responsible for this app, its support, services, privacy, and claims. Shopify is not responsible or liable for OmniAI, does not provide OmniAI support, and is not responsible for data handled by OmniAI.
