Notice version 2026-07-30
OmniAI uses generative AI to interpret requests and draft text, images, videos, plans, and structured previews. AI-assisted responses and generated media are visibly labelled. Outputs can be inaccurate, biased, incomplete, or unsuitable and must be reviewed before use.
AI does not receive authority to publish supported Shopify changes by itself. Product, price, SEO, media, and app-owned theme-block changes use a scoped preview and explicit merchant confirmation. Supported changes retain action history and rollback controls. OmniAI does not make employment, credit, insurance, medical, law-enforcement, biometric, or other high-impact decisions about people.
Relevant merchant instructions and necessary product context may be sent to the provider selected for the feature. Shopify access tokens are excluded. Requests to OpenAI set storage off. OmniAI records provider, model, purpose, token or credit usage, notice version, and correlation identifiers without intentionally copying full prompts or generated output into AI-usage logs. Do not submit customer personal data or secrets.
Merchants can edit or reject generated content, cancel a preview, avoid publication, use supported rollback, export retained records, and contact the support or privacy addresses listed in the Privacy Policy. Provider contracts, deployment settings, and legal classification require review before public release; this notice is not a conformity assessment or legal certification.
